The policies contained in these terms and conditions have been implemented to protect the name, identity, goodwill, brand, trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property of the Hope Mobile. Failure to comply with the above terms may result in legal action by the Hope Mobile. These terms are subject to amendment without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Policy

1. The Hope Mobile name is a registered trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Our logo and mark are protected under copyright and trademark law. Any person, group or entity that uses the Hope Mobile name/logo without prior written authorization by the Hope Mobile will be subject to prosecution under the law.
   
2. Use of any of the written content from any Hope Mobile website, social media page, other domains, or printed material without prior written permission from Hope Mobile is prohibited.
   
3. The name of the Hope Mobile, the Hope Mobile logo, and any other intellectual property belonging to the Hope Mobile including, but not limited to, the contents of the Hope Mobile website, must not be used on any other website or forum without prior written permission from the Hope Mobile, nor used in conjunction with any unethical, immoral or obscene materials or communications.
   
4. The Hope Mobile websites, pages, domains, and other content must not be used to sell or promote any commercial product or service by any merchant, vendor, user or third-party without prior written permission from Hope Mobile.
   
5. The Hope Mobile name/logo must not be used to market or endorse goods or services of any kind, used to defame the Hope Mobile in any way, or used in connection with objectionable material as determined by the Hope Mobile.

Notice of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “DMCA”)

The Hope Mobile is committed to complying with copyright and related laws. Accordingly, you may not use, store or disseminate any material or content in any manner that constitutes an infringement of third party intellectual property rights. Owners of copyrighted works who believe their rights under copyright law have been infringed may take advantage of certain provisions of the DMCA to report alleged infringements. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information in any way without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. The Hope Mobile may provide links, at its sole discretion, to other services or resources. The Hope Mobile expressly disclaims any responsibility for the content, materials, accuracy of information, quality of products or services provided or advertised on these third party links.

Grant of License

The Hope Mobile grants you a personal, revocable, nontransferable, nonexclusive license to use, download or copy content and materials, including, but not limited to, content on the Hope Mobile website, domain, or social media pages for personal, non-commercial purposes as long as you comply with these website terms.

Limitations of Use: Copying and Distribution

You may download or copy downloadable items for personal, non-commercial use only, as long as you maintain and display all copyright, trademark or other notices. You may not use, copy, store, reproduce, transmit, distribute, display, modify, license, assign, sublicense, transfer, or commercially exploit any contents, information, data or materials, or permit any third party to directly or indirectly to do so with said materials, including, but not limited to, content on the Hope Mobile website, domain, or social media pages in any manner not expressly permitted by these website terms.

Limitations: No Modification

You may not modify, disassemble, decompile or create derivative works on any materials, or permit any third party to directly or indirectly to do so with said materials including, but not limited to, content on the Hope Mobile website, domain, or social media pages.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable international, federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
